I haven't had time to get Halloween pictures up! I think a good time was had by all. We ate an early dinner of Halloween soup, the tradition at the Thompson household. However, with daylight savings not until that night, there was a long wait for the sun to go down! We took lots of pictures. And Mia did not appreciate all the picture taking. 
It was a challenge to get a family picture. But sometimes you get a funny one inbetween.

Trick or treating was fun this year (excpet for SO many empty houses!) Mia tried to enter every house she knocked on while saying "trick or treatING!!!". We are allowing her "two whittle tiny cannies (candies)" everyday and she is on the ball at retrieving them.

As always Matt and I enjoyed being home at a good hour with kids in bed, snacking on candy (since we got not one trick or treater), and watching a good movie. A successful night.

I love their costumes! So cute and very appropriate...Mia being the girly girl and Sammy a monkey since she's moving all over the place. I can't wait to see you guys and if November goes by as fast as October did, it will be soon! Yay!

What cute little trick-or-treaters...if that's even a word. You are a much better mom than I. I am avoiding Halloween and costumes until I absolutely have no choice but to follow suit.
